I've always been interested in the spiritual side of life from an early age, but being a Capricorn I'm also very grounded and logical in my approach to life in general. Throughout my life I've always been a helper, ready and willing to help people in any capacity, and this has lead me to where I'm at today in my work helping people overcome physical and mental issues using alternative therapies, including Reiki, Coaching, Counselling and Herbalism.

I'm very blessed to be able to work both using my intuition as well as my grounded, practical approach to help my clients overcome physical issued such as aches, pains and skin conditions as well as emotional issues including anxiety and stress, and lack of self confidence.

I work with clients around both in person at my healing room in North Shropshire, as well as through online virtual sessions.

Having been through  plenty of life experiences including bereavements, struggles with sexuality, and more, I feel well positioned to be able to understand and help people overcome issues and lead the life they want to live.
